The Alberti Farm is located in the gentle hills of Umbria near the small village of Poggio Aquilone and its 560 hectares stretch across the provinces of Perugia and Terni. The farm has been operating for the past 60 years, but it is only in the more recent of these that – motivated by passion and love for the soil - Guido and Paola have brought about significant changes by investing in two aspects of the business: the values and the traditions of the agricultural world. They have thus resurrected and rediscovered the flavours produced by traditional farming, a courageous choice at a time when the dominating force in gastronomic progress is fast food.
