We as WELPACK PPOLYMERS LTD Introduce ourselves as a leading manufacturer of PP (Polypropylene) and HDPE ( High Density Polyethylene) fabric & bags. Manufacturer of PP/HDPE Woven Bags & sacks with liner which are used for packaging of products like the chemicals, fertilizers, sugar, food grains, textiles etc. We have established the manufacturing facilities with state-of-the-art machinery intending to manufacture best quality of fabrics and sacks with minimum denier / weight variation. Our plant is situated at GIDC Dahej-II , Glenda, Bharuch, Gujarat - 395007 for manufacturing, supplying & exporting a wide range of packing materials and tarpaulins. These are available in various sizes, shapes, thickness, and colors for our clients. For this purpose, we have acquired latest and sophisticated machinery from well-known companies in this field. Our woven bags and sacks are made from premium quality raw materials which makes them water/chemical resistance light weight and above all does not influence the taste/ color of the contents. We have two units, one is for making woven fabrics and another is for extrusion coating, Printing Tubing, and finishing. In total, all unit area of 10,000 sq.mtr. and the building is about 7000 sq.mtr. We have also a latest lamination plant with the capacity of 140kg/hour. The factory is built with an estate of art and technology with an installed capacity of 600 Kg/ Hour with 60 Looms i.e. approx. 350 MT/Month ( 4200 TPA).We can manufacture Approx. 1.5 Lacs Bags Per Day. We are manufacturing liner with virgin material in our own plant.
