Since 1989, we have offered licensed and insured professional services on diverse projects ranging from ADA accessibility to master planning multi-phase projects accomplished over many years. The firm has won several unsolicited awards for historic preservation of buildings listed on the National Register of Historic Places, and is widely known for excellent preservation design on many Kansas landmark buildings. Randal Steiner, president and chief project architect, has published several articles on building renovation and project delivery. Mr. Steiner served for six years on the Board of Directors of the Kansas Preservation Alliance and three years on the Wichita Historic Preservation Board. We seek projects that will express your values, specifications and budget, or if you prefer, we can start from scratch by providing project programming and construction budgeting. Randal Steiner AIA personally directs every project that comes through the office, attending meetings and making on-site visits during construction. Since 2004, we have used state-of-the-art BIM software to develop projects and construction documentation. This approach helps our clients to experience their building design in 3-D virtual reality and make important decisions.
