A creation 9 years in the making from Australian health-tech company, HealthShare; BetterConsult solves the needs of patients, practitioners and health care enterprise through structured patient engagement before patients' see their doctor. Our solutions optimize patient outcomes without adding to already inflated health costs and create a future where providers of healthcare will do more of what they love (treating patients) and little of what they hate (administration). BetterConsult has launched a solution that is a capturing a patients' presenting issues, medication, history and other relevant clinical information (HPI) pre-engagement with the treating doctor. It then translates the data into medical notes for the EHR, thus optimizing the doctors time to focus on diagnosis and treatment. Crucially, we created this system to enhance the patient's right to be heard whilst enabling the patient to be appropriately cared for by the clinical team.As an alumni of Texas Medical Center's Accelerator in 2019 (TMCx8), we are well positioned to become a great Aussie/Amercian company.Feedback from initial testing:- Doctor: "I am spending 40% less time on documentation"- Doctor: "My time with the patient is on diagnosis and treatment.
