Founded in 1968, the White Bear Center for the Arts (WBCA) has served the Greater Northeast Metro Area for over 50 years. The campus is free and open to the public Monday-Saturday, where you are able to enjoy the exhibitions on display, art resource library, fireside room, outdoor four-seasons labyrinth, and tranquil grounds.
