Our expert team has more than 60 years of combined experience in the energy industry, including operations, refining, project structuring and finance, supply and transportation, and risk management. We work with natural gas producers to improve the value of existing reserves and production. Long-term expectations for low natural gas prices present an attractive opportunity for entities interested in shifting to higher valued products that price off West Texas Intermediate crude oil. We work with natural gas producers to improve the value of their existing reserves and production by identifying producing basins and fields that would benefit from either a long-term gas sales contract or a processing-fee arrangement. Producers benefit from the preservation of capital, expertise in facility operations, project structuring and financing, risk mitigation and management, and trading that we have developed through our years of experience in the energy industry. Our goals are to facilitate the shift from currently low natural gas pricing to higher yielding crude-based product values through fee-based financial structures or a long-term gas sales contract that provides participation in product upside. We also look to create a long-term natural gas market in the producing region, eliminating long-term firm transport for those volumes.
