Home Team was founded in 1993 by "Coach" John Matte, a 47-year veteran of the real estate industry. Coach Matte founded Home Team on two simple principles: First, in order to build a successful real estate firm, you must attract good agents, take great care of those agents, and keep overhead costs low.
