The result is a smart, timeless senior living model, perfectly positioned to grow with current residents' needs as well as expand to support the ongoing evolution of the discerning customer and future senior living market. YL communities are currently open in Pensacola and Tallahassee; opening fall 2018 in Stuart and Palm Beach Gardens; and opening in 2019 in Coconut Creek and Wildwood at The Villages.While Rick has a personal passion for the senior living sector, OLP has developed a wide variety of projects, including: retail shopping centers, restaurants, award-winning master planned communities, high-end waterfront condominiums, resorts for luxury motor coaches, and other development projects over the past 35 years.
