Cairn Communities, LLC is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Stonetown and manages the majority of Stonetown's manufactured home assets. It is expected that Cairn will continue to grow in lock-step with Stonetown. The principals of Stonetown are focused on growing a yield-based business, be it within the manufactured housing sector (where we are currently focusing), multifamily or hospitality.
