Sofran Partners was established by a group of former associates of The Sofran Group; a commercial real estate development company founded in 1980 in Montreal, Canada. In 1981 The Sofran Group opened its US headquarters in Atlanta, Georgia and in 1983 opened an office in Orlando, Florida. In 2013 the Principals of Sofran Partners acquired the operations of The Sofran Group. With The Sofran Group, the Principals of Sofran Partners were directly involved in the development, management and leasing of over 5 million square feet of retail properties in the Southeast.Sofran Partners is a separate and distinct entity, independent from The Sofran Group and its affiliates and there is no common ownership or control. Sofran Partners continues the legacy of The Sofran Group's 30 plus years of successful real estate development and continues to manage, lease and represent select Sofran Group properties.
