At MDG Associates, Inc., we provide administrative consulting services to government agencies and private clients across the United States. Our services include planning, administering and implementing programs funded locally with federal grants, such as those offered by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) that assist low- and moderate income families and communities. We provide support to help our clients administer their programs in compliance with government regulations. We provide expert staffing to implement housing rehabilitation and commercial rehabilitation programs as well as first-time homebuyer programs. We keep our clients and their subrecipients on track through risk-based monitoring to ensure compliance with program regulations and administrative requirements such as procurement, contracting and prevailing wages. We provide training and technical assistance to States and local governments on behalf of HUD, including providing training in Spanish in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.
