Kiro Action is a modern refuge that is deployed in an afternoon with no special machinery or heavy equipment. The dwelling can be put practically anywhere from a backyard, field, parking lot and off-grid in the middle of nowhere, even if it's not perfectly level. Just add the land.The best part of our homes is a permit is not required in 95% of the country. That means there is no long wait, and the hardest decision will be what color you want it in. We do everything from ordering to setup. We manufacture, deliver, set it up, so there is no need for contractors with long wait times. In the continental US, we deliver the homes within 45-days of your order and it takes an afternoon to start enjoying. Plus, we are made in the USA. Our modern refuge can be used as a backyard office, yoga space, separate at-home classroom for kids, pop-up hotel, musician studio, extra flex room, crisis response housing and sheltering refugees or the unhoused; all in the same product. We have lots of news coverage regarding our initiatives in fixing general/veteran homelessness, refugee housing and migrant worker shelters.
