We are a King's College London Society comprising of interdisciplinary members focused on solving local and global problems through entrepreneurial Biotechnology and Synthetic Biology solutions. We facilitate the expansion of knowledge of our community in Biotechnology, Synthetic Biology and partaking in Biotechnology start-ups with an emphasis on team building, global collaboration, pitching skills, networking, interpersonal skills and how to gain financial traction. The King's College London international Genetically Engineered Machine (iGEM) competition team is comprised of a group of our members who carry out novel research in Synthetic Biology and gain experience in entrepreneurship, public engagement, programming, wet lab and dry lab.
