M/s Dhruv Globals Ltd is vertical garment export house which means once the yarn is in-house, the company does not need to get job work done for any operation. The company has its own knitting machines which can knit 150 tons per month, The company also has an in-house dying capacity of 350 tons per month. Latest italian finishing are installed at the company which are open-width, stentar, slitter, compactor which helps the company to handle fabrics from as low as 90-400 gsm. Open width also helps the company to reduce the process loss by 2% which is a big saving in big runs.In the garment section the company has three factories. There are three 600 machines in the first unit which is on Main Mathura Road which is 15 minutes away from Delhi. Dying and embroidery has been set-up in this unit. The comany has 2, 18 head production and a 6 head sampling embroidery machine.The second unit is just accross the Main Mathura which has got 300 stiching machines. This unit is only used for garment manufacturing. The company has set-up another unit in Sector-58 Faridabad which is 35 minutes away from Delhi. This will only be used for garment manufacturing. 600 Stiching machines will be installed here. The company plans to install 2, 20 head embroidery machines in this unit. The company also has in-house printing which is being set-up in Pirthala an hour away from Delhi which can print 7000 pieces per day depending on the print. Knitting is also installed in this unit.
