We are committed to improving educational outcomes and research that can help build capacity and resilience for the future.We offer improvement and development support through our highly skilled team of school leaders,teachers, subject specialists, expert consultants for the DfE who all share our passion for ongoing development across the education sector and improving outcomes for young people. Our Services include Professional Development, Educational Psychology, Finance, Governance,HR, IT, NQT Induction, Teacher Recruitment and school improvement and development. Our centralised training courses include safeguarding, safer recruitment, SEN, Governor, moderation and assessment, behaviour management, new to leadership, school wide initiatives e.g. mathematical reasoning.
