The Amarillo Wranglers are a Tier 2 Junior A hockey club that participates in the North American Hockey League (NAHL). The primary goal is to provide entertainment and to use our platform to serve the community. By working to obtain this goal, the bi-product is to develop professional players on and off the ice through service leadership so they can obtain D1 NCAA hockey scholarships. The team plays at the Amarillo Civic Center and practices at the Amarillo Ice Ranch. The Wranglers also offer ice sports programming for the community in the categories of Youth Hockey, Adult Hockey, Figure Skating, and Ice Skating. Serving ice sports programs to over 600 local families, the Wranglers strive to grow ice sports at the grassroots levels in our community to positively impact as many people as possible.
