Corrugated Pallets US has had a long term standing commitment to the pallet industry. Goal is to educate many and or share experiences where corrugated pallets can replace wood and other alternative pallets. Many do not realize the strength of corrugated (2600 lb. dynamic), with stacking capabilities in a static load situation. Advantages: light weight at 10 lbs. (wood 50 +) thus each truckload or container load you save that weight which equates to Co2 emissions savings, no splinters / nails to damage product or employee, no slip sheet necessary, customized fit with no tooling up charge so you can maybe capture more space on each load out, recycle with typical cardboard recapturing tonnage monies, plus no accumulation of pallets for you or your client as with wood. ISPM 15 compliant so no heat treating required, less paperwork crossing boarders, plus less likely to be quarantined as is the case in the news. One pallet for domestic and international shipments. Provides a clean uniform package that does not introduce contaminants into a facility. An option to consider is to have pallets delivered in a 'knock down' mode which gives our clients the ability to ship over 3,000 pallets in a lay flat in one load. Client has the option to assemble themselves or let us set up the best scenario for the situation.
