Rapid appraisals and funding certainty provide investors with the financing edge they need. Loans can range from $1,000,000 to $50 million. We offer 18- to 24-month terms with up to 80 percent LTC. Renovation financing is also available.Build-to-Rent Loans:CoreVest also offers build-to-rent complete loans that are designed to be a one-stop financing solution for experienced developers building new rental properties. We lend on the construction phase as well as post-stabilization.
