As a Company we would talk to the customer to ascertain what there requirements where. We would then discuss menus and menu styles along with expectations regarding there customer base what they wanted to deliver and how they intended to archive this. We would then, taking into account staffing levels and projected deliveries, start to put together suggested designs and kitchen flows for the customer along with recommendations as far as the type and style of kitchen equipment. Finally we would supply a drawing of the proposed kitchen for the customers approval.
