Maryland Oyster Farm and Growing Restaurant Group True Chesapeake Oyster Co. has been farming premium sustainable oysters in the beautiful brackish waters of St. Jerome Creek in Southern Maryland since 2010. In 2019, the team opened their flagship restaurant in historic Whitehall Mill, becoming Maryland's first oyster farm to have a fine dining restaurant.
