In 1998 it became a subsidiary of IOTA Financial Services Ltd, which listed on the JSE in the same year. When the holding company de-listed in 2002, the board of IOTA Investment Services performed a management buy out. Today the company remains a niche financial services practice offering value to high nett worth individuals. It provides a holistic wealth management service, acting as financial director to clients and families who often have the knowledge, but not the time, to manage their local and global finances.
