12HEARTU is a cultural collective based in Peekskill, NY dedicated to providing space for artiststo gather and grow.We are Peekskill residents and business owners who want to create a cultural center inPeekskill to support performing artists.Our goal is to provide a space for artists, musicians, and creative professionals to gather. Ourfocus is to bring new talent to the forefront and provide a space for artists to perform, networkand build a community that will sustain their practice.In 2021 during our inaugural event, we hosted a dozen local, regional and national bands indowntown Peekskill and celebrated with over 600 neighbors and attendees. Theoverwhelmingly positive feedback we received has been a rallying cry, inspiring us to continueto grow.We are hosting four more events from July through October in 2022. Among our goals, we hopeto raise funds and grow our network of supporters.
