10.03.53 is a brand of leather goods that is born out of feeling and experience that fashion is gradually moving away from the passion of its protagonists and from the expectations of its customers.Created by Luca Colosimo, a leather goods stylist and accessory designer for more than ten years who has worked in the most prestigious fashion houses. 10.03.53 is inspired by moving human bodies and contemporary architecture with mechanical touches.It is distinguished by five points:1. It is evolvingThis project, before being a brand, evolved over time, and has been enriched with human experiences. It is rather an iterative process than a destination.2. It is independentIt has a human-sized structure where small gestures generate big changes.3. It is nostalgicIt is inspired by the model of the past in which the time of development, production, choice of materials and quality of product are valued as much as the aesthetic result. It highlights temporality, tradition, sharing, reflection and differences.4. It is unisexThe products are genderless. The provocative connotation of the term unisex from the 80s and 90s, more a political manifesto than a real indicator of changes, is replaced by the symbol of a fluid, open and less stigmatizing society characterised by an absence of predefined rules where the codes mix.5. It is committed and sustainableThe product development phases are carried out in Paris, at km0, avoiding unnecessary shipping and travel. Production is carried out abroad with leathers already in the stocks of factories to avoid new polluting processes. The finished products are then sent to France by sea.
