From R&D to implementation and launching and scaling of new products / services with measurable results.• Innovation, Research and Implementation: Designed and implemented a cutting-edge customer experience centre for Tech Mahindra, including architectural design, hardware/software implementation and overall UX.• Creative Problem-Solving: Prototyped and developed a live HTML based video switcher for the Philharmonia Orchestra's Universe of Sound, based on a bespoke adaption of HTTP Live Streaming. • Program, Project and Product management: Developed a transcoding system for the Arts Council England and the BBC. Managed over 20 high profile live streaming events during the 2012 Cultural Olympics.• UX Design and Development: Startup co-founder of Frameblast an iOS and android app that edits video for you. Developed the IP behind the patent pending / granted video technology. • Innovation, Research and Implementation: built a web app for the Houses of Parliament, enabling MP's to view current and pasts bills, schedule sessions, view Hansard legal records against parliamentary broadcasts.
