At 10X Health Partners, we believe that growth is not a given or inevitable. We believe that "typical" approaches to growth actually introduce artificial constraints that inhibit growth and success. And we believe that growth is a journey, with many winding roads and potholes.The idea for starting 10x Health Partners grew out of decades of experience launching, building, growing and leading Healthcare Information Technology companies, while enduring through multiple acquisitions and IPO's. While the journey has been exciting and rewarding, it hasn't always been smooth and easy. There have been many "bumps and grinds" along the way, lofty expectations and missteps and well-laid plans not achieved. When things didn't go exactly as we thought they would, it was often frustrating, bewildering, exhausting and disappointing.Through all the struggles, we continued to persevere, working through internal pressures, such as budgets, time and resources and external pressures from investors, competitors, markets and regulations. What we noticed over time is that, regardless of the company size, there were common themes and patterns that emerged, which inhibited growth - and these patterns re-emerged time and time again. The culmination of these many experiences, over more than 35 years, is what led to the birth of 10x Health Partners, where we endeavor to help Healthcare IT companies navigate the murky waters of growth.At 10x Health Partners we are deeply passionate about transforming healthcare. We combine innovative and critical thinking with "real world", practical experiences and pragmatic approaches to help Healthcare Technology companies grow and succeed within the Healthcare Provider markets they serve, while in-turn, improving outcomes and results for people, patients and populations everywhere.
