Hello and welcome to 121 Tech Support.I'm a technical expert who has held a passion for new technology since early childhood; building my first computer from scratch at the age of 12.Since then, I've held numerous technical roles at large organisations - working my way up to a senior level. Now, I'd like to share the knowledge and skills I've built up over the years with others.With 121 Tech, my mission is to give people who consider themselves to be "Technophobes" more confidence in using their home technology.After being asked for help with technical queries on numerous occasions and seeing how happy these people were when I was able to teach them how to solve their issues for themselves; I decided to set-up 121tech as a business venture to see if I could help other people in the same way.Typically, my clients have little/no technical knowledge at all when I first meet them and tend to be retired pensioners who have bought themselves a new computer, phone or tablet with the intention of using it to stay in contact with friends or family but have struggled to get to grips with how it all works.121 Tech is not your typical "turn-up, fix a problem, then leave" IT support service. First and foremost it is an educational service whereby the goal is to teach you how to solve issues for yourself, without getting frustrated.I never make judgments and I pride myself on my patience. Every session is tailored to the individual's needs and I will never charge for services that I don't believe are required.Each session lasts an hour and is charged at an hourly rate. There is no obligation to continue using my services beyond what you feel you need.
