Market inefficiency is everybody's enemy. Inefficiency allows monopolies to provide poor customer service to consumers, to extort artists and the creators of content, and to seize an outsized portion of a market that they poison. It allows parasitic middlemen, who add no value while devastating customer experience, to pad their pockets by usurping the efforts of others. These distortions come at a cost to the size of the entertainment market, making money harder to spend for customers, and directing money away from the people who deserve it most. This must change. This will change. We will be the ones to do it.We are working to recreate the market for live entertainment and changing how access to sporting events, concerts, festivals and other events is sold through asserting greater control of the ticketing process.
