12k Energy Group is a high-tech energy enterprise. Its principal activities include (i) the development and design of turnkey production lines for power generation and (ii) the development, operation and sales of downstream power generation projects and application products. Since entering into the power generation industry in 2010, the Group has been actively involved in the investment and research of the solar energy technology, adopted as the Group's core business. The Group's business includes the upstream manufacturing of solar panels and downstream PV applications. The focus of the Group includes the manufacturing, distribution and sale of distributed PV power generation systems, including building integrated PV ("BIPV") and building attached PV ("BAPV"), residential rooftop PV power generation, commercial and industrial rooftop power generation, PV power generation for agricultural use,building of ZERO carbon homes, power generation functions and Electric Vehicle products. 12k Energy Group's broad-based ownership demonstrates its commitment to empowerment and transformation. Part of its shareholding is held by trusts that invest in education and small business development. Total black ownership is 51%, of which a 10% shareholding is held by broad-based trusts.
