'15 Minutes' is an NGO which promotes better public transportation and reduced car use in Israel. We work with riders, transportation agencies, local governments and elected officials to create a better transportation system in Israel. We strive to make public transportation a viable replacement to the private car, to reduce air pollution, car accidents and narrow the gap between the center and the periphery.
