1770 Projects manages select land developments across Queensland, from the South East to the Far North. Our aim is to ensure timely & cost-effective development of our client's land assets. At 1770 Projects we specialise in thorough reporting and truly value open communication between Project Manager and Client. Each project begins with exploring possibilities for our client's land asset and drawing up feasibility studies. We then engage and manage specialist consultants to achieve Development Application Approvals. The project continues as we arrange and award tenders for civil contracts, and supervise on-the-ground civil contractors for the duration of construction. Everything we do is done in an ethical manner, to bring glory to God, and with respect for God's creation.
