Peace, Love and Mac & Cheese Paninis is our motto! 1863 Coffee House is family owned/operated and located in a historic building in the heart of Eagle. We proudly serve Anodyne Coffee and Rishi Tea. Handcrafted Paninis, sandwiches, salads and wraps are our specialty. We bake in house, but you'll also find Sally's Sweet Shoppe and Periwinkle Bakery On Broadway in our bakery case. We offer gluten free and dairy free bakery, sandwiches and salad options. We are a coffee house that cares about joining our customers and our community together!
