Based in Atlanta, Georgia, 1PKC Media and Publishing Partners was founded by partners Patrick Kelly and Jean-Luc Tahou in early 2013. The partnership is in the process of launching a production facility in Atlanta, GA that will double as its corporate headquarters and a Washington, D.C. production facility.
