Eight times a year, 1punkt5 brings together selected experts from the fields of communication, politics, research, the private sector, administration and civil society in a non-profit committee. Together, the group works to more successfully use one of the most powerful tools against climate change: good communication.Combating climate change requires more than another poster campaign reminding people why locally produced vegan yogurt is less problematic than grilled animal from overseas. What it takes is excellent forms communication that simplifie the complex, make the abstract accessible, and turn passive willingness into active engagement. To achieve this, the members of the panel invest 1.5% of their professional resources, i.e. their available working time, into the development of communication measures in the field of climate protection and adaptation.With a 100% workload, that's 32 hours / year. per person.
