1Sun Ltd. is aimed at the successful transfer of extensive R&D efforts in identifying innovative Renewable Energy sources, to their large scale industrial production. Founded by Dr. Sumeet Kumar, Engineer and PhD, 1SUN aspires to partner with top Research institutes and industries particularly in Italy, India and various other Solar prominent regions of the World. To furnish its innovative and cost effective solutions, 1SUN plans to employ its patent-filed technology, principally towards developing novel and cost effective, Quasi1D panels, through the incorporation of the proprietary, hybrid nanomaterials, which already have proven records (laboratory scale) showing the potential to enhance Photovoltaic performance of the current PV panels by > 10 %, when applied merely as Light Energy Down converter, via. a product currently sold (on demand at c.a. 50 euro/kWp of Si-PV to be covered*); while the pure nanomaterials (production cost of c.a. 1.08 euro/gm) are also available for separately selling OR to be inserted into the EVA (existing PV encapsulate), while the recipe can be given under Licensing (to be negotiated the terms and conditions with a strategic and potential industrial Partner in each market of interest for 1SUNs futuristic products), under the name Hybrid Nano Materials (hNMs): Whereas, hNMs incorporated into UV transparent PLEXI renders a product called by us as: Wavelength Conversion Film (WCF) which comprises of a commercially available UV transparent polymeric matrix, encapsulating inside the UV to Vis. conversion Hybrid Nanomaterials (hNMs).
