We provide a 4 month long, 100% distance learning training opportunity based on state of the art tools and techniques. Our ONLY focus are fire and EMS providers in public safety agencies. We focus on your personal and professional growth. Our company mantra is "Learn, Grow, Lead" and if you want to be a better boss, spouse, child, parent, colleague or person let us help.Our programs are asynchronous, in that each of the 16, week long sessions start at midnight each Monday and you then have 7 days to complete the session. We have a commitment to improving your Emotional Intelligence through assessments, activities and an in-depth program that uses Stephen Covey's 7 Habits to build this new you. Our belief is that we are all dependent first, and then move to independence which will allow us to then grow to an inter-dependent you.Our the fact is that we're often put in to situations, at work and outside of work, that require us to be inter-dependent, but we're still at a dependent level. We work on moving you to that new level. Our website www.21stcenturyleaders.com has loads of resources, but the bottom line is your ability to answer this question, "Do I want to get better?"We don't do ICS, budgeting or strategic planning, just the stuff to turn you into a person that can be a better human. You essentially will become a being capable of acting on your own and you'll be a better listener, learner, and leader. Our programs are designed to deal with the realities of your life at work and at home. We have individual self selected students, and departments that put in 5-15 students in our trainings. The cost per student is $500, but if your agency or you can wrangle some friends to train with you there is a 5% discount for every 5 students that sign up together.
