Conceived in Palau and designed in San Francisco, this jacket was the result of owner Rick Miskiv's experiences as a dive instructor and marine enthusiast around the world. The Ocean Jacket is used by internationally renowned watermen and marine biologists including the crew of Unique Dive Expeditions (Palau), Pelagic Life (Mexico), Rachel Graham/MarAlliance (Belize), Keith Rossouw/Aliwal Dive Centre (South Africa), and Hugh Miller/BBC cameraman (UK).
