2NDSHOT – Who we are2NDSHOT is a non-profit organisation with the aim of equipping marginalised people in society (those who are overlooked and lost in the system) with the necessary skills and mindsets to become productive in a working environment on a sustainable long-term basis.Our intention is to accomplish the above by upskilling those who are marginalised and unemployed through the provision of job placement, as well as a support structure in the form of an aftercare programme focussed on providing counselling, medical and psychological treatment to candidates. This support structure is put in place to ensure those we help stay on the path in creating a better future for themselves.We as 2NDSHOT commit to our candidates not only in upskilling and placing them in jobs, but by having an aftercare programme in place that ties us to the success of our candidates. Our aftercare programme is structured to prevent our candidates from failing or regressing in any way; and if they do, there are necessary systems in place to get them back on the right track again.
