We are a Craft Coffee Shop located in South Baltimore, in the Federal Hill Neighborhood overlooking the Inner Harbor (BEST COFFEE SHOP VIEWS IN CHARM CITY!) Our mission is to fully express the values of LOVE, EXCELLENCE, and CREATIVITY! How are we going to do that?! 1st) We will LOVE our employees by fostering a culture of development, empowerment, and unity, as a result we then LOVE our customers by proactively expressing our values and making everyone feel like a #FriendsoftheBean. 2nd) We pursue EXCELLENCE in customer satisfaction with our hospitality, products, and presentation. 3rd) We foster creativity in our community and business by embracing art and exploration.
