Hello and welcome! I'm Shannon Rhoads.People often turn to me when they need help getting unstuck or need a special project managed. 3 Little Frogs Consulting is the brand I created to represent these "side gig" services:• Project and Event Planning and Coordination• Personal and Professional CoachingRecently, I was hired by a couple who wanted to plan all the details of their wedding themselves, but needed me to execute those plans flawlessly on the big day, sheltering the wedding party from anything that would distract from the joyful occasion. My work included setting up the venue, being the onsite coordinator with vendors, being the point person to guests, problem solving, and keeping the event's activities on schedule. My value-add was in my interactions with people that day — calming down a stressed out vendor who was lost, building solid relations with the venue staff early on so that we had great communication in advance of any issues that came up, getting to know guests throughout the day and finding ways to deepen their engagement in the activities around them.Doing work that draws on my passion for connecting and engaging people, as well as my knack for planning, organizing and problem-solving is my sweet spot.
