We negotiate a purchase price and get the asset under contract and proceed to present the deal to our investor base. We then raise capital from investors to fund the down payment and any capital Improvements, while utilizing a bank loan to help fund the purchase. While we improve operations on the asset, our investors passively enjoy cash flow on a monthly or quarterly basis.
