Tucked away from the hustle bustle, 3/3rds is a little oasis located in a conventional industrial building in Wong Chuk Hang. There are 3 things we absolutely love faffing about - what we Eat, what we Do, and how we Live. It takes 3 food/design enthusiasts (Daniel, Wesley & Adelaide) to put all our oversea experiences and blind love for food/living together. Everyday we wake you up with our in-house roasted coffee, and spoil you with freshly prepared soups and salads that are inspired by flavours from around the world. What is more, we top our ultra thin pizza crust (1mm thin!!) with the ingredients we absolutely love. All we're trying to do is to bring you a well-deserved little smile. We hope to see you drop by and chill for a little while before rushing back to the hectic daily life again. Meet the 3rds.. Daniel - always fascinated and driven by different profile of flavours. He is constantly looking for ways to infuse that inspiration into every concept. Wesley - being exceptionally ingredients-conscious, Wesley assiduously sources various ingredients that help elevate taste profile.. Adelaide - is responsible for completing our vision in food with her eclectic design. Apart from being guilty of all the big and small fuss of anything visual., she is also nuts about baking. 3rds + 1 more.. Jason - previously spent 7 years at an international investment bank, advising clients on mergers and capital raising transactions. About a year ago, Jason left banking to pursue his passion in food, and in April, he joined the 3/3rds family. With his financial expertise, Jason is responsible for expansion and operation planning.
