Here, we work together to gain your best confidence yet and live life to the fullest! I'll be your personal guide to looking and feeling your best from the inside, out, through Personal Training, Nutritional Coaching, and Personal Styling.As a personal trainer and nutritional coach for the past ten years, I've seen and heard A LOT-from fad diets to the next miracle drug and everywhere in between; and as a wardrobe stylist on celebrity editorials and fittings, commercials, and ad campaigns the past 4 years, I've learned ALL the tricks...and I thought, why hide them?! Let's let everyone feel like a celebrity! In came 341 Fitness! Here, we work together virtually and tailor every plan to YOU. No "one size fits all" shop here or "press play and follow along" here.
