Endurance Training Programs 360 Degree Sports Lab specializes in training athletes for Endurance Events ranging from triathlon all the way through to cycling&running events.If you looking for that first half marathon,first Olympic Distance triathlon or simply that first 94.7 cycle challenge,we can help you get there.Alternatively if you are going for your first IronMan,Epic or Freedom Challenge or you wanting to improve on your previous times, we can help! Rehabilitation 60 Degree Sports Lab has professional certified personal trainers who are available for every age,fitness level,and medical condition.Trainers are qualified in a variety of disciplines, including kinesiology, human performance, nutrition, psychology and exercise science. Group Training Classes Our training begins with a comprehensive fitness assessment. You will participate in a physical functional movement screening test where the trainer will evaluate your ability to perform a series of movements to help identify any limited or altered movement patterns.During your physical evaluation the trainer will check for a range of motions and quality of movement in the feet, ankles, knees, hips, spine, shoulders, arms, wrists, hands and neck. This test data is collected, organized and entered into your profile.You will then embark on a fun-filled group training program which you will be assessed every 2 weeks.A scientific medical approach is adopted across all our programs and offerings. In the event that you obtain or even start training with an injury, we have medical specialists that will focus on your rehabilitation and introduce you back into your training program in the best way possible.
