Working as a self employed consultant for various organisations with their large corporate clients− Utilising the outdoors and classroom environments to deliver learning and development interventions at all levels− Completing complex TNAs and design holistic learning interventions to meet business needs− Designing and delivering learning and development programmes and management development programmes − Building relationships with stakeholders and identify training needs and learning styles to ensure courses meet the needs of individual teams− Evaluating learning interventions and report back on return on expectations and return on investment
