Our colleagues, who we spend most of our day time with, are the best people to help us identify our strengths and blindspots, thereby allowing us to grow. 360Katas is built to help us in this endeavor - right from seeking feedback to working on our development goals by joining a learning group of like-minded people.Unique Features of 360Katas:🔒 Private: 360Katas is designed for individuals, not organizations. The feedback is visible only to the seeker, and to no one else. Typical 360 degree feedback tools are commissioned by organisations, and everyone's feedback is visible to someone in the organization, typically to the HR. ❓ Clarification: Sometimes, we may want to seek clarification on the received feedback. 360Katas allows users to seek clarification and let's the respondent clarify anonymously.🎯 Goals: 360Katas is for personal development, and not for companies' annual appraisal. You can use this feedback to set development goals for yourself!🔆 Katas: (Coming Soon) Katas are learning groups (on Slack) that one can join to work with others who have similar personal goals. This feature is not yet available. 📈📊 Tracker: (Coming Soon) While working on personal goals, one can check the progress by requesting the team for micro-feedback on the specific goal.
