3D Power is driving the emergence and adoption of 3D printing technology in South Africa through the distribution of printers and accredited training.3D Power has secured the South African distribution rights to the leading consumer 3D printing manufacturer Flashforge, and is working together with Sparrow Schools to design the first SETA Accredited skills development course for 3D printing driven product development.An NPO, 3D4Youth has been set up to measure the impact of 3D printing in education to advocate for corporate responsibility departments to introduce 3D printing to schools. The impact has been globally measured and proven but needs to be measured in South Africa for corporate responsibility departments to make decisions. Trialogue is advising in this regard.
