The primary goal of 3E Leadership Group coaching is to elevate the effectiveness of leaders. Coaching provides a safe context, a structure and the accountability needed for executives to discover how they show up as leaders, challenge their current thinking, and learn new behaviors that will improve their leadership abilities. 3E Leadership Group coaching is grounded in a preliminary assessment that reveals the strengths and the struggles of the leader. They discover the gaps between their self-perceptions and those of their coworkers. The coach collaborates with teach leader to define developmental targets and to identify changes needed to span the gaps. Participants learn to apply their learning, assess their progress, and revise their approaches as they expand their repertoire of leadership skills.3E Leadership Group also provides highly customized leadership team development workshops and retreats that help the team identify critical issues in their working relationships. We also provide the necessary education and insight to create a pathway for the team to leave the session more clear about how each team member individually, and the team collectively, will behave and interact in order to be a high performing team.
