We are partners of SAP SuccessFactors, Visier and a variety of HR and HR technology consultancies. Our evidence based approach to HR extends to HR analytics. In 2015 we founded the HR Analytics ThinkTank, a research partnership with the University of Leeds, analysing HR analytics functions finding evidence to improve the way we make decisions about HR analytics itself.We run and sponsor the London HR and People Analytics meetup community, which we founded in 2015. Since 2019 we have been a key driver in the growth of the global HR and People analytics meetup network.
