Through our relationship with The Cobra Group, 3rd Alliance provided field sales agents for Telecoms businesses including Optus and AAPT. This role included managing a group of up to 50 representatives spread between 3 states. My responsibilities included ensuring sales budgets were met and exceeded while ensuring the sales teams' customer service and compliance obligations were adhered to. The role included interstate travel and often involved getting to know key performers on a one on one basis, whether after hours for dinner or at group functions. I would liaise daily with my Client Account Manager, Personal Assistant and Team Managers reviewing results, product changes and any information that needed to be cascaded down to the teams. I would report to a Vice President of Sales monthly where results were managed and strategies reviewed.
