4 Hills Mapping Company was started by Jeffrey Hill, a Texas native and 2001 graduate of Texas State University, San Marcos. Jeffrey earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Texas State with a major in Geography-Cartography/Geographic Information Systems. Jeffrey is married to his beautiful wife Sarah of 10 years and has two wonderful children, Jeffrey James (Fry) and Zoey Katherine. Jeffrey has 10 years of GIS and mapping experience under his belt, including: - Telecommunications mapping with El Paso Global Networks - Pipeline mapping and Integrity Management with El Paso Field Services - Emergency Response Mapping Support with The Response Group, Inc. - Land Asset Management Mapping with LandWorks, Inc. - Tax Parcel Management with Austin County Appraisal DistrictOur company is based on the belief that our customers' needs are of the utmost importance.
